NiCole Robinson

NiCole Robinson is an American standup comedian and actress. Raised in Paul, Idaho, as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints, she is best known for her portrayal of quirky secretary Margaret Hooper on The West Wing. She is also recognized as playing The Smoking Woman on an episode of Friends. She started her television acting career on Seinfeld, playing the waitress at Monks Caf forepisodes.

In 2007, Robinson and her lobbyist husband, Craig Snyder, lost their infant son, Lincoln, to a rare and fatal genetic lung condition called alveolar capillary dysplasia. Since then, they have started a memorial fund called TheAngels Memorial Fund for ACD Research. They have two other children together, a daughter named Shirley, born in 2005 and a son named L.J., born in 2010.
